Rebalance is created for you if you are ready to go deeper than Foundation, but does not yet feel the need or space for the intensity and testing or duration of a full long term programme.

Rebalance provides a nurturing, phased approach to help your body gradually restore balance, with personalised guidance that evolves as you progress. You will understand what may be driving your symptoms, learn how your body is communicating, and receive practical strategies tailored to your daily life.

Through a series of consultations, we refine and adapt your plan together, supporting your gut, skin, and hormonal health. Rebalance empowers you to create sustainable routines and habits that feel supportive rather than restrictive, helping you achieve lasting wellbeing at your own pace.

    Second consultation (75 minutes)

    ·        A careful preparation, personalised based on the insights, intentions and details from your intake to make your plan

    • We deepen the insights from your intake consultation

    • You learn what your body is asking for and why

    • We translate this into a personalised replan

    • Practical, realistic and tailored to your daily life

    • Guideline duration: around 16 weeks or 4 months, with consultations about every 4 weeks

    Third and fourth consultation (both 60 minutes)

    • We refine, expand and adapt your plan

    • Support regulation, digestion, skin and/or hormonal balance

    • Create sustainable routines that feel supportive rather than restrictive

    • Room for all of your questions, reflection and adjustment

  • After your second consultation you will receive a plan that includes:

    • Personalised nutrition guidance

    • Personalised lifestyle and rhythm support (sleep, stress, digestion, energy)

    • Gentle supportive strategies for gut, skin and hormonal balance

    • Clear insight into what your body needs now

    • If appropriate, personalised supplement recommendations may be offered to support the restoration of balance and target specific health symptoms

    Where appropriate, I may advise small laboratory testing (such as functional blood testing) to offer additional insight. For more testing I created the Harmony programme.
